EEC-33 4-CHANNELS EDDY CURRENT TESTER

The EEC-33+ Full-digital, 4 channels Eddy Current Instrument is a new generation Eddy current
testing instrument with advanced eddy current, digital electronic and modern computer techniques. The wide range of testing freq of this equipment (from 64Hz to 4MHz) all includes steady of quartz crystal, so it can be used in different kinds of conductive materials.

The EEC-33+ adopts EC impedance plane and Time-based technique, time base curve and ECsignal planar graph of real time multi-screen displays testing object. All of operations can behanded by nstrument’s hint, keypad controlled. Standard testing applications are stored in soft andhard disks so that can be transfer anytime. The important testing results those can be stored in thesoft and hard disks can be freezed up in the screen with words and printed or copied anytime.
The EEC-33+ EC tester adopts strict dB plus control(0~90dB),0.5dB step adjustment forsatisfying testing standard demand in various spots.
The EEC-33+ can be used for online, offline, in service or off service testing in auto, petrochemical, metallurgy and machine and so on industries with 4 physical testing channels. It iseasy to control and no need coupling medium or contracted work-pieces at the course of testing.Because of multi-channel, the equipment can satisfies multi- product line or one-off testingdemand of multi-testing surfaces of unitary work-pieces. Also it is the same with testing ofwelding steel beld, reel off oily pole, valve pole, pin, gear, hubcap, roller axletree, empty-coreexes and so on machine parts, metal tube, bar and wire.
